The storied rivalry between Trey Jordans and Darren Dastardly recorded its newest chapter at BDG: XIV "My Legacy" where both men faced off for the vacated BDG Global Heavyweight Championship. They have met in the ring 4 times before and the last time they faced one another on Nov. 14, 2015, Jordans lost, he tapped out and Dastardly has lorded it over him till this very day. Nevertheless, that was three years ago, both men have grown and gone on to further establish themselves as two of the greatest wrestlers of their era, seemingly solidifying their respective legacies. However for Jordans, the transcript of his legacy would show that he was bested by Dastardly, his legacy tainted by that final loss to his greatest rival.
From there we jump to Dec. 1, 2018, to the BDG twitter page where it was made official that Jordans would have his chance at retribution, he would take Dastardly for the vacant BDG Heavyweight Champion at BDG 14. From that moment onward Jordans trained relentlessly, needing to redeem himself from his prior loss.
The day came on Feb. 3, 2019, Jordans and Dastardly would face off in the ring and have an over 1-hour masterpiece filled with drama and action that only two men of this caliber are capable of producing (we will cover this match in further detail and release the rating at a later date). This saw Jordans leave victorious, besting Dastardly and overcoming all doubts he or anyone else had. Even in defeat Dastardly cemented his legacy as one of the greatest to ever grace the ring and in victory, Jordans cemented his as the true Ace of this Era.
We congratulate BDG for putting on such a wonderful event, we congratulate all those involved with the production and the two men that partook in the match.
Following the match through a series of unfortunate events Jordans was stripped of his title but we are sure that this momentary step back wont haul his astronomic ascendance.
